HANNAH’s TESTIMONY

For as long as I can remember, my parents have told me bible stories and started taking me to church when I was only a few weeks old. Because of this I have never had any doubt about God not being real or Jesus not being God’s son. I believed what everyone told me about God, my family, my teachers at school, and my Sunday school teachers. I believe that Jesus is God’s son and he died for me on the cross to wash away my sins. I am happy to know that my sins have been forgiven and that I belong to God. After I was converted, I realized that I wanted to know more about God and I wanted to pray and read the Bible more. I know that it is the Holy Spirit guiding me to be a godly person. He is teaching me to listen to my parents more even if I don抰 want to; and to be nicer to my sister instead of teasing her. When I saw other people getting baptized I realized that I had a strong desire to get baptized too, as soon as possible. I hope that after I get baptized I can build a closer relationship with God. I believe that I am God’s child and that God is my father. He has reserved a home for me in heaven; I will live with him forever. The safest place for me is in His hands.
